Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only receive personal details when you submit the quote form:

• your name and company;
• your email address (required), phone / WhatsApp number (optional) and country or region;
• the part numbers, quantities and any message you enter.

When you submit, the site also records the time, the page you submitted from and your IP address, so we know which page the inquiry came from and can filter spam. You can browse the site without giving us any personal details.

2. How we use it

• to answer your inquiry: pricing, lead time, alternatives, and the follow-up order and after-sales communication;
• to improve the site: counting which pages and channels bring inquiries.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for purposes unrelated to your inquiry.

3. Where it goes and where it is stored

• After you submit, our sales team is notified by a WeCom (WeChat Work) group message and by email (Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail);
• inquiries are stored on the website server and can only be viewed by authorized staff in the site's admin area. The server is provided by Alibaba Cloud and located in the United States;
• inquiries may also be synced to our internal customer management (ERP) system so the responsible salesperson can follow up;
• apart from these notification, hosting and follow-up systems, and where the law requires it, we do not share your details with third parties.

4. Analytics and cookies

To understand site traffic and advertising results, the site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Baidu Analytics. These services use cookies to record which pages your browser visited and where it came from; they do not receive what you type into the form. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and still browse the site and send inquiries.

The site also keeps a note of how you first arrived in your browser's local storage (localStorage): ad parameters such as utm and gclid, the referring site, and your first landing page and time, kept for 90 days. When you send an inquiry this source note is sent with the form so we can see which channels bring inquiries; it contains no name or contact details and is never sent to other websites. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as our business relationship with you needs them. When it ends, or when you ask us to, we delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

6. Your rights

You can contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the details you sent, or to ask us not to contact you again. We will handle your request as soon as we can.
